THE FOUNDERS
The service we wish we’d had.
We’re Kathleen de Guzman and Meredith Singer. Alongside careers advising senior leaders and managing complex corporate change, we’ve raised families, supported aging parents and kept our own households running through demanding schedules and frequent travel.
We created Trusted Transitions because we know the value of having someone capable and thoughtful to turn to—someone who understands what matters and sees it through.
